We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. The description includes: - Job Description paragraph: "The Department Administrator serves as the primary business manager..." That's about the role. - Then "Administrative And Operational Management" paragraph: description of duties. - Then "Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:" followed by a list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We need to put those in
  • . - Then "Qualifications Required Qualifications" list: Bachelor’s Degree, seven years experience, etc. Should be under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. Probably: - About the role: the initial description paragraph(s) summarizing role. - Responsibilities: the list of duties. - Requirements: maybe the required qualifications (Bachelor's, 7+ years experience, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe the preferred qualifications (Master's, experience with financial processing and budget management). Or we could combine required and preferred under Qualifications? But we have both headings. We'll put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe list of skills like communication, interpersonal, customer service, initiative, organizational, planning, prioritization, attention to detail, managing multiple projects, adaptability, proficiency with MS Office, video conferencing. Those are in the required qualifications list. Could be placed under Skills. But we must not create thin sections. We need to decide which sections have substantive content. We have content for About the role (yes). Responsibilities (yes). Requirements (yes). Qualifications (preferred) (yes). Skills (maybe we can extract from required qualifications). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit those. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: About Us, About The Team, Executive Order, EEO, etc. So we exclude those paragraphs. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities list, qualifications, etc. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

    for section headings,
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what is a list vs prose. The responsibilities list is a series of sentences each starting with a verb. We'll treat each as

    • . Similarly, required qualifications list can be
      • . Preferred qualifications also list. Skills: maybe we can extract from required qualifications but they are already listed as qualifications; we could treat them as Skills section with bullet points. But we must not create thin sections; if we split too much, might be thin. However we have enough content for each. Let's outline:

But note some items have weird phrasing due to original text; we must preserve as is. Now Requirements (required qualifications):

        Requirements

        • Bachelor’s Degree.
        • Seven (7) or more years of experience providing high-level administrative support to a senior-level executive.
        • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as presentation software and basic web content maintenance.
        • Ability to set up and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom, for meetings.
        Now Qualifications (preferred):

        Qualifications

        • Master’s Degree.
        • Experience with financial processing and budget management.
Now Skills: Could we extract from required qualifications? But we already have many skill-like items in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can combine Skills with Requirements? But instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid having both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. However we must avoid thin sections. Skills section could be derived from the required qualifications that are skill-based: communication, interpersonal, customer service, initiative, judgment, organizational, planning, prioritization, attention to detail, managing multiple projects, adaptability, commitment, proficiency with MS Office, video conferencing. That's substantive enough. But we already listed many of those as separate items in Requirements. If we move them to Skills, we would duplicate content. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid duplication. However we could keep Requirements as the list of qualifications (education, experience, etc.) and Skills as the abilities. But the required qualifications list includes both education/experience and skills. To avoid duplication, we could split: Requirements: education and experience; Skills: abilities. Let's see. Required qualifications list includes: - Bachelor’s Degree. (education) - Seven (7) or more years of experience providing high-level administrative support to a senior-level executive. (experience) - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. (skill) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external constituencies using tact and diplomacy. (skill) - Customer-service focused, with the ability to professionally represent the Dean’s Office and foster a positive, effective, and welcoming environment. (skill) - Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and work independently as well as collaboratively across units and teams. (skill) - Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. (skill) - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly to meet deadlines and operational needs. (skill) - Demonstrated commitment to providing high-level, responsive service to internal and external constituencies. (skill) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as presentation software and basic web content maintenance. (skill) - Ability to set up and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom, for meetings. (skill) Thus we could have Requirements: education and experience (two items). Skills: the rest (9 items). That seems reasonable and avoids duplication. Let's do that. Thus:

        Requirements

        • Bachelor’s Degree.
        • Seven (7) or more years of experience providing high-level administrative support to a senior-level executive.

        Skills

        • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree
