About the role
We are now hiring a Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. We believe in fostering a family-like culture and delivering person-centered care, while promoting a positive work environment centered around a shared vision, trust, communication, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility operates in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Create an engaging and motivating work environment for staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Manage daily operations to provide exceptional care to residents.
- Ensure adherence to nursing practices, procedures, and guidelines relevant to long-term care.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous experience in long-term care, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
- Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
- Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
Qualifications
- Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration.
- Experience in union environments.
- Documented success in meeting state and federal regulatory requirements based on past Department of Health Services survey results.
Skills

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
