The Caris Healthcare Administrator leads the organization, focusing on developing both people and processes, ensuring high-quality care, managing finances, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise hospice agency personnel
• Demonstrate leadership and management skills to maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover
• Recruit, hire, and direct training and education for employees
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Manage and evaluate the quality of care and conduct supervisory visits with employees as needed
• Manage and optimize productivity and service utilization
• Maintain and develop key relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of healthcare-related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency in computer and technology skills
