The Impact You Will Make
- Create a customer-focused environment through answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping on-board team members, and assisting location leadership.
- Contract processing and quality control, including verifying contract validity before entry.
- Banking duties: cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
- Cemetery daily processing of IOA’s (Interment Order and Authorization).
- File maintenance and record keeping: updating customer files, scanning documents, maintaining records of memos, emails, and corporate policies.
- Human Resources: coordinating onboarding responsibilities as needed.
- Accounts Payable: ensuring bills are paid promptly and processing purchases and invoices through the current system.
- Accounts Receivable: collecting past and present balance amounts due for delinquent location customer contracts.
- Deeds and Certificates: providing deeds and certificates to Sales Management weekly, logging and processing according to location and state guidelines. Handling Trust Certificates for accuracy, comparison to contracts, signing, and returning to the Home Office Trust Department.
- Work and Memorial Orders: ordering memorials when PIF (Paid in Full), managing work orders for Park Services.
- White Board Meetings: participating in daily meetings between Administration, Maintenance, and Sales Departments.
- Reporting: may include Trust, state required, and month-end processing.

- Proficient organizational skills, able to multitask efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid state driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for some locations.
Qualifications
- High School equivalency required.
- Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service.

They include skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and other business and organizational needs. This range estimate has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
