The Impact You Will Make

  • Create a customer-focused environment through phone interactions and appointment scheduling.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Assist the leadership team.
  • Perform contract processing and quality control.
  • Handle banking duties such as cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
  • Process cemetery daily orders and authorizations (IOA).
  • Maintain and update customer files, scan documents, and maintain records.
  • Coordinate HR responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare deeds and certificates as required.
  • Manage work and memorial orders.
  • Participate in white board meetings.
  • Perform reporting duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School equivalency required.
  • One-year experience in administration or customer service.
  • Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
