The Impact You Will Make
- Create a customer-focused environment through phone interactions and appointment scheduling.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
- Assist the leadership team.
- Perform contract processing and quality control.
- Handle banking duties such as cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
- Process cemetery daily orders and authorizations (IOA).
- Maintain and update customer files, scan documents, and maintain records.
- Coordinate HR responsibilities as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare deeds and certificates as required.
- Manage work and memorial orders.
- Participate in white board meetings.
- Perform reporting duties as necessary.

Qualifications
- High School equivalency required.
- One-year experience in administration or customer service.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
