The Impact You Will Make

  • Create a customer-focused environment through answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping on-board team members, and assisting location leadership.
  • Perform contract processing and quality control, verifying contract validity before entry.
  • Manage banking duties, including cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
  • Process cemetery daily tasks, such as IOA’s, following company standards and policies.
  • Maintain file maintenance and record keeping, updating customer files and scanning documents as required.
  • Support Human Resources by coordinating onboarding responsibilities.
  • Handle Accounts Payable by ensuring bills are paid promptly and processing purchases and invoices through the system.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable by collecting past and present balance amounts due for delinquent contracts.
  • Provide deeds and certificates to Sales Management weekly, logging and processing according to location and state guidelines.
  • Work and Memorial Orders – order memorials when PIF, manage work orders for Park Services.
  • Participate in white board meetings between Administration, Maintenance, and Sales Departments.
  • Report as needed, including Trust, state required, and month-end processing.

Basics

  • Multi-line phone skills required.
  • Filing skills (alphabetically).
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors and data entry skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills including word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) applications or Google equivalents.

  • Proficient organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Effective and quick task completion and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High School equivalency required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service.
  • Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

They include skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and other business and organizational needs. This range estimate has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
