The Impact You Will Make

  • Create a customer-focused environment through phone interactions and scheduling appointments.
  • Support onboarding of team members and assist the leadership team.
  • Perform contract processing and quality control, including verifying contract validity.
  • Manage banking duties such as cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions, and bank deposits.
  • Process cemetery orders and maintain IOA records according to company standards and policies.
  • Maintain customer files, scan documents, and update records.
  • Coordinate HR responsibilities, including onboarding.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and log deeds and certificates, and manage trust certificates.
  • Manage work and memorial orders, and participate in white board meetings.
  • Perform reporting tasks, including Trust, state required, and month-end processing.

Qualifications

  • High School equivalency required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in administration or customer service.
