About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide semi-skilled and skilled clerical and office support, ensuring accuracy, neatness, and timely completion of tasks.
- Work independently to handle receptionist duties, data entry, document preparation, filing, mail processing, record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in program logistics and customer support, including program information dissemination and special event management.
- May involve gathering, interpreting, and explaining technical and procedural information related to program services and policies.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as creating presentations, managing budgets, and processing financial transactions.
Requirements
