Responsibilities

  • Proactively manages the Director’s calendar, schedules meetings and appointments, and ensures timely reminders for all critical deadlines and commitments.
  • Prepares meeting agendas, gathers relevant documents and materials, and ensures that necessary technology and meeting spaces are available and operational.
  • Aids in presentation slides preparation, takes detailed minutes, and follows up on action items.
  • Performs general administrative duties, including but not limited to administrative support, scanning, filing, faxing, copying, and printing.
  • Executes all aspects of team experience events, activities, and initiatives.
  • Owns the operations of our internal store, including inventory, ordering, and fulfilling orders.
  • Greets and directs all internal and external guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Undertakes special projects and assignments as directed by the Director of Human Resources.
  • Tracks and submits expense reports for the Director in accordance with company policies.
  • Runs errands as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing administrative related duties.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and proofreading for diverse audiences.
  • Professional experience in employee engagement or a related role.
  • Proof of automobile liability coverage.

Preferred

  • An associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • One (1) year of assisting with events (internal or external).

Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequently required to travel by car.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and move items up to 15 pounds.

Languages

English.

Shift Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
