Administrative Support Specialist III
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Workflow Coordination & Document Management: Facilitate the preparation, organization, and retention of work planning packages and related project documentation. Coordinate internal and external review cycles and track the routing of digital approvals to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial & ERP Administration: Process financial transactions and manage invoice workflows within the Enterprise ERP suite (Oracle Fusion). This includes auditing, entering, and routing complex invoices associated with reach-back scopes (e.g., engineering and infrastructure) including resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with Finance and Project Controls.
- Program Reporting & Administrative Support: Assist the RCAS Program Administrator in gathering data, tracking performance metrics, and compiling status reports. This includes creating digital archive records.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of administrative, project management or operations management experience.
- Capable of performing work in a fast-paced environment, as demonstrated in past performance.
- Possess a working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Desired Qualifications
- DOE or other federal government experience is desired.
- Ideal candidate to have a minimum 5 years experience in project management, digital workflows and/or project tools, including back-office ERP suites such as Oracle Fusion etc.
