About the role

Diversatek presents an exciting entry-level opportunity to join our growing GI medical device and diagnostic division, Diversatek Healthcare, based in Milwaukee, WI. As a part of our team, you will provide crucial support to hospitals and surgery centers across the nation. In this in-person position, you will collaborate closely with the sales, tech support, accounting, and order fulfillment teams to guarantee the satisfaction of our accounts' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address daily customer requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email, offering knowledgeable responses to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Engage with hospitals and surgery centers across the nation to efficiently manage product returns, shipping, and order status inquiries.
  • Process orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to customers, assisting in resolving product or transaction issues and directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Work in tandem with the Accounting department to resolve invoicing issues.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties, as required.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
