Job Summary

Our Team Taunton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is now hiring an Office Assistant. Located in Taunton, MA, we provide a continuum of care including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units. Our holistic approach includes recovery coaching, community outreach, and partnerships to support long-term recovery.

Location & Hours

Part Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks in accordance with office procedures
  • May include answering telephones, billing, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing
  • Sort, organize, and maintain office records
  • Aid with new patient enrollments as necessary
  • Aid with various insurance/billing reports as necessary
  • Assist with patient drug testing procedures (if applicable)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Comfortable working in an opioid treatment program (OTP) / recovery environment
  • Experience with billing processes, patient check-in, and appointment scheduling
  • Proficient with computer systems, word processing, and basic data entry
  • Familiarity with office equipment and general clerical duties (scanning, faxing, filing)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Professional and courteous communication skills (in person, by phone, and in writing)
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations
  • Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting clinical staff and patients

Compensation for roles at Taunton CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Taunton CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below.
