Job Description
Administrative Assistant (Part Time)
- Provide support to our managers and employees, assist in daily office needs and manage our company’s general administrative activities.
- Make travel and meeting arrangements, prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Answer general employee and customer inquires in a professional manner, direct all specific inquires to the appropriate individual in the department, provide administrative support to management and other staff.
- Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain and update staff vacation, travel, and project schedules, support department staff on project based work as required.
- Champion safety in the workplace and ensure all safety policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suites programs such as Word and Excel are considered an asset.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Typical Business office environment.
