About the role
Everyday as Administrative Support you will greet visitors and direct them to proper areas. May be necessary to supervise/assist with residents visiting office areas. Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the daily operation of the hospital. Perform administrative support to respective administrator/director. Maintain necessary records for operation of the unit/center regarding residents, agencies, staff, etc...
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct to proper area.
- Supervise/assist with residents visiting office areas.
- Provide administrative support for the daily operation of the hospital.
- Perform administrative support to respective administrator/director.
- Maintain necessary records for operation of the unit/center regarding residents, agencies, staff, etc...
- Coordinate residents/staff travel.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries and forward messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely fashion.
- Enter, evaluate and/or audit data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year specialized training preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
- Valid driver's license must be maintained.
Qualifications

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
