Responsibilities

  • Afford assistance with customer and internal communications.
  • Assist with vehicle title processing and DMV-related tasks.
  • Process invoices and track expenses for accounts payable.
  • Manage incoming payments and account balances for accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior automotive or title experience is a plus but not required.
