Responsibilities
- General office duties including filing, data entry, document processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Afford assistance with customer and internal communications.
- Assist with vehicle title processing and DMV-related tasks.
- Process invoices and track expenses for accounts payable.
- Manage incoming payments and account balances for accounts receivable.
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior automotive or title experience is a plus but not required.
