Administrative Support
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in downtown Louisville. As a family-owned collections company, we pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment where you will manage a diverse team of administrative associates and collections specialists.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations effectively.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to employees to ensure professional growth.
- Oversee administrative support and customer service activities.
- Ensure efficient handling of collections customer service tasks.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Proficiency in office management and customer service.
- Strong skills in training and coaching employees.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a high client-interaction environment.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Work Environment
The position offers first shift hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, with bonuses based on attendance. Employees have access to parking provided behind the building. The work environment is set within a collections company, fostering both administrative and collections service teams.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
