About the Role

The House Supervisor oversees the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduate from a school of nursing.
  • Three years of hospital nursing experience.
  • Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required before beginning first shift).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Five years of hospital nursing experience.
