About the Role

As our Administrative Services Program Manager, you will help hospital departments and leadership optimize performance, manage initiatives, and achieve strategic objectives so they can deliver high-quality patient care and operate efficiently. You will drive strategic initiatives and provide leadership for special projects, leading teams through the full lifecycle of project management—from discovery through implementation and business value delivery. The role also involves maintaining focus on broader strategic workforce plans and providing comprehensive support for financial and operational planning.

You will provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams to ensure sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions are developed and implemented to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change. Additionally, you will oversee the development and updating of hospital policies and procedures to ensure alignment with CommonSpirit standards and business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with administrative leaders, executive leaders, and People Strategy and Solutions to guide the development of strategic and operating plans, metric plans and dashboards, business cases, and other strategic planning endeavors.
  • Lead rapid response teams to assess, recommend, and develop solutions for business-critical issues in collaboration with unit business leaders.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project management, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery.
  • Understand key performance indices and benchmarking metrics; produce reports and presentation tools to inform and educate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve challenges from a hospital-wide perspective, supporting performance improvement and change management efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 4–6 years of related professional experience demonstrating requisite job knowledge and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience involving independent decision-making, complex facilitation, project management, change management, mentoring, or developing training.

Pay

$41.14 – $67.88 per hour.
