About the role

The Administrative Services Manager will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks, managing both staff and property, to ensure the organization and its facilities have the staff and resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably at the executive level
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Excellent customer service/hospitality and writing skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, working on projects while answering the phone and greeting visitors
  • Effective communication skills in English and ability to perform simple mathematics
