About the role
The Administrative Manager performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential, and complex administrative and financial tasks in relieving the Director, Deputy Director and/or Division Managers of administrative detail, assuring the Department runs efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Organizes and supervises administrative and front office support staff.
- Prioritizes work, delegates assignments, and ensures all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Evaluates staff and handles routine disciplinary issues of administrative and front office support staff.
- Maintains a professional, courteous, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor in all written, spoken, and personal communication interactions.
- Captures and coordinates the management of financial functions assuring proper development and implementation of internal accounting controls, annual, and long-range financial plans for the Department.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in all assigned office responsibilities and the exercise of sound judgment in the application of Department procedures and methods.
- Experience: 5-10 years.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$52,152 annually.
