About the role
The Administrative Services Coordinator I provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Social Work Department, including front office operations, records management, payroll and scheduling coordination, and documentation support.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and reporting for grant and funding requirements
- Safety support by identifying and locating policies and procedures related to areas of safety
- Assisting with communication between clinical staff and the Help Desk
- Tracking staff attendance and updating UKG payroll information
- Preparing inpatient social work records/files for each admitted patient
- Distributing adult consent fact sheets to patients through EPIC
- Collaborating with staff to ensure required documentation is obtained
- Developing and maintaining an on-call schedule for weekend and after-hours staff
- Providing basic computer consultation for inpatient staff
- Supporting in the implementation of site safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a healthcare setting
