About the role
The Administrative Services Coordinator at Manchester Commons in Erie, PA supports the administration and other departments with clerical tasks such as answering phones, transferring calls, and paging personnel. This role also supervises the concierges and contracted salon services.
Responsibilities
- Answering telephones and transferring calls
- Paging appropriate personnel
- Screens visitors and telephone calls and messages with discretion
- Supervise the concierges and contracted salon services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Three years of relevant experience
- Long-term care or health care experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of standard office machines and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
