Administrative Services Asst Senior
About the role
Reporting to the Capital Construction Business Officer, the Administrative Services Assistant Senior performs as a key member of the Facilities Management – Planning, Design, and Construction Department. Delivers high level support for the overall business operations as well as general office administration, including procurement, accounts payables, reporting, budget tracking, Procard edits, space and equipment inventory, and billable time processing. Oversees and tracks the issuance of Per Diem contracts and Per Diem payments for Architects and Engineers. Administers the Biennial Per Diem RFP & Award Processes. Schedules Meetings, Prepares Correspondence and Reports, Coordinates Travel and Reimbursements, and addresses other day-to-day departmental matters. In addition, the Administrative Services Assistant Senior performs special projects as assigned or required by the Capital Construction Business Officer, Capital Construction Director, and Associate Vice President for Planning, Design, and Construction; and Ensures departmental compliance with the Record Retention Requirements of various files, documents, and archival records.
Requirements
- Required Education: AA (equivalencies accepted)
- Required Related Experience: 5 years

Pay & Schedule
- Salary Range: $19.56-31.29/hour
- Position Time Status: Full-Time
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors.
