About the role
The Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, will develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, and Directors (PPMDDs), understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our scope of services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business goals. The position monitors business relationships and operational performance in accordance with established administrative services parameters and works collaboratively with nearshore management to optimize administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to develop a thorough understanding of their administrative support needs.
- Maintain a professional relationship with local management to foster trust, collaboration, and a partnership mentality.
- Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs.
- Identify, track, and proactively address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
- Assist with challenging or out-of-scope PPMDD requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all administrative interactions.
- Resolve administrative issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives requiring administrative support.
- Conduct PPMDD outreach to obtain feedback on administrative support experience.
- Maintain open lines of communication for feedback, updates, and problem-solving, including establishing daily check-ins and addressing concerns.
- Work with near-shore and onshore management to identify opportunities for improving service delivery, efficiency, and innovation.
- Create a knowledge transfer culture within the team.
Skills and Attributes
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Relationship Manager, Administrative Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Stakeholder Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience managing complex projects and/or direct management of people.
- Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards, and ability to use reporting metrics for data storytelling.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $66,700 to $124,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,000 to $141,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
