About the role

The Administrative Project Coordinator will oversee various projects, direct project activities, and prepare progress reports. They will also assist in developing and implementing external vendor products, input and analyze data to ensure database integrity, and collaborate with others to coordinate tasks and activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflow and deliverables, coordinating meetings, drafting and sending project communications, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Covers administration duties such as maintenance of project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Directs project activities and prepares progress reports.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of external vendor products, such as data warehouses.
  • Inputs and analyzes data to ensure the integrity of organizational databases.
  • Collaborates with others in the coordination of tasks and activities.
  • Conducts research on current trends and models relevant to the department.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support partnerships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Two (2) years' experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree.
