About the role
The Administrative Operations Supervisor at Omega Home Health Care Services is responsible for leading and coordinating the administrative support team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, improve workflows, and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflows
- Maintain workflow documentation and SOPs
- Support administrative process improvement initiatives
- Review employee timesheets and attendance records
- Maintain workforce utilization and coordinate PTO and leave administration
- Support staffing coverage and scheduling coordination
- Review KPI metrics with administrative staff
- Prepare operational reports for leadership review
- Conduct employee performance reviews based on KPI reports
- Care for office reorganization and workspace improvement projects
- Auxiliary with office expansion and growth initiatives
- Monitor project timelines and implementation milestones
- Create an organized and scalable administrative work environment
