Operations Supervisor

About the role

Furlani Foods is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day operations in the Oak Creek, WI facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising production teams, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedules and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage inventory levels and procurement processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
• Train and mentor team members to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (preferred)

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed
