About the Role
Lebanon County Children and Youth Services is seeking an Administrative Officer 1 who is ready to bring strong organization and energy to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Health Choices Coordination: Oversee Health Choices transactions and act as liaison with managed care agencies
- Personnel Processing: Complete personnel transactions, performance evaluations, and new hire paperwork in a timely manner
- Clerical Supervision: Supervise clerical staff, assign duties, and assist with interviews and hiring input
- IT and Office Support: Manage IT request forms, address computer and printer needs, and order office supplies with approval
- Record Management: Maintain organization charts, employee listings, and required records for compliance
- Budget Assistance: Support the Administrator with needs-based planning and budget preparation
Schedule
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch
- No telework option available
Requirements
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelor’s degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training
- Must meet the Pennsylvania residency requirement
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
Legal Requirements
This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law. A conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to:
- PA State Police clearance
- PA Child Abuse history clearance
- FBI Fingerprint clearance
