About the role
As an Administrative Office Manager, you will play a fundamental role in ResCare Community Living's success. You will monitor workflow and productivity to evaluate office performance, coordinate production of various documents, act as a liaison between building management and internal departments, and assist Human Resources with interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor workflow and productivity to evaluate office performance.
- Take corrective action as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Cook up documents such as letters, statistical reports, presentations, information materials, contracts, proposals, and work schedules.
- Coordinate space planning, lease formalities, office automation, and operational matters such as building maintenance, office equipment, and purchasing.
- Organize, plan, and attend program meetings, retreats, training, and events.
- Aid Human Resources with interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluation while making decisions on employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
- Conduct periodic employee meetings, which include feedback on office performance and issues to foster process improvements, professional development goals, and effective teamwork.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field; Bachelor’s degree if required by state.
- Five years of administrative support experience including two years of supervisory experience.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
