About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrative Navigator to join our growing family. This role involves steering our team through administrative tasks while maintaining high spirits and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity, providing customers with respect, honesty, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process signed proposals efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule production appointments daily to keep operations moving smoothly.
- Manage production reports and communicate with all customers every 3 weeks until projects are completed.
- Handle accurate data entry and filing to keep documentation organized.
- Distribute Work Orders promptly to each division.
- Support other team members through a teamwork-oriented approach.
- Multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong accountability.
- May require occasional weekends.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Call center experience with telephone systems and technology.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, alongside strong and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sharp organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite at our office. This is not a remote position.

Pay
Pay rate of $19.00 hourly.
