Responsibilities
- Support hospital operations across multiple clinical and administrative service lines.
- Contribute to both hospital-level and system-wide strategic initiatives, including growth, performance improvement, and care delivery optimization.
- Participate in executive-level discussions focused on patient throughput, discharge efficiency, and staffing models.
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives focused on workflow redesign, operational efficiency, staff engagement, and clinical and administrative process improvements.
- Apply structured methodologies and data-driven decision-making to support implementation and sustainability.
- Support analysis across a multi-cost center portfolio. Assist with budget tracking, productivity monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and presentations translating data into actionable insights.
- Work closely with senior leadership including the executive team.
- Participate in system-wide leadership committees and gained exposure to organizational strategy, system priorities, and operational decision-making.
- Facilitate tiered huddles
- Supported employee engagement and recognition programs, onboarding improvements, and Education & Learning Committee initiatives focused on workforce development and staff experience.
