Responsibilities
- Meeting Support: Develop the agenda, provide written summary and coordinate presentations for key executive meetings, including but not limited to System Executive Committee, Corporate Management Group, and other meetings as designated.
- Project Work: Actively participate in special projects/task forces at each Delivery Network.
- Develop Broad Range of Healthcare Management Skills: Participate in shadowing experiences to develop understanding of health system operations, activities and infrastructure. Participate in project management and support as directed by the EVP and Delivery Network CEOs/COOs.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Health Administration (MHA or MHSA), Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA) or Public Administration (MPA) with a health care management focus or other health care management related masters degree program with relevant experience.
- Experience: Experience in consulting, health care administration or related field strongly preferred.
- LICENSURE: Individual must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary for travel among the Delivery Networks.
- Special Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills, service excellence orientation and exemplary customer/patient service skills, proven academic excellence, strong working knowledge of MS Office.
