Essential Functions

  • Works in conjunction with Market Transformation Teach team to build relationships with hospital partners and facilitate timely completion of the sales cycle.
  • Participates in the conception, planning, development, and implementation of operational and health system business plans in concert with the EVP of Market Transformation.
  • Supports Market Transformation team with coordinating the planning and management functions associated with the business, financial and clinical activities including but not limited to: operations/quality performance and monitoring, regulatory compliance, purchasing and inventory, marketing, human resource planning and staffing issues, physician and hospital team member education, volume growth drivers, and potential new program development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Market Transformation team to determine, designate, and manage processes, teams, and projects that will support the improvement of each touch point of the surgeon and patient in the Orthopedic Service Line by acting as a liaison between hospital and practice management.
  • Ensure communication and handoffs are communicated effectively between the hospital and practice.
  • Lead special projects for orthopedic service line management.
  • Assist in measuring and tracking the success of executed communications/marketing initiatives.
  • Aid in the development of communication plans, materials, presentations, and project management plans for partner hospitals.
  • Support the philosophy, code of ethics, and set of values in a company dedicated to excellence in patient care and healthcare administration.
  • Develop leadership skills.
  • Acquire marketable administrative and technical skills.
  • Demonstrate management potential in specific areas at various levels through diversified line and/or staff responsibilities that will contribute to the organization.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or equivalent degree by start date.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
