Required One Year of Proven Ability as an Administrative Experience Coordinator
- Provides administrative support in using the copy machine, receiving packages, and maintaining files
- Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls; when a transfer is not possible, records detailed messages and forwards via email to the appropriate personnel
- Maintains and archives visitor sign-in sheets and monthly lobby records for audit and security purposes
- Oversees lobby operations to ensure visitors are received, signed in, and directed promptly
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Update departmental systems
- Cook up calendars
- Ensure accuracy when processing data
- Provide prompt and thorough responses to inquiries and verifications
- Cook up supply needs
- Perform other duties as assigned to support needs
