Job Summary
The Administrative Director for Psychiatric Services will lead nursing services across multiple units, including inpatient units, ambulatory care, and PESS. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for maintaining quality levels of service, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, and fostering a culture of patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership in a Behavioral Health setting
- Masters of Nursing
- Certifications and Licenses Required:
- NJ RN License
- BLS from the American Heart Association

- Full Time
- Monday - Friday
- Day Shift
- 37.5 hours per week
Essential Functions
- Provides leadership to the department and staff of the inpatient units, ambulatory care, and PESS
- Develops and implements strategies to maintain quality levels of service and physician/employee/customer satisfaction
- Maintains fiscal health, improves market share, and ensures regulatory compliance
- Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations

Pay and Schedule
Pay Range: $156,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Scheduling Requirements: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Day Shift, 37.5 hours per week
