The Wilma and Peter Veldman Family Psychology Clinic at the University of Notre Dame is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic and mission-driven team.
About the Clinic: The Veldman Family Psychology Clinic is Notre Dame’s premier center for clinical science, training, and community mental health. As part of the College of Arts & Letters, the clinic brings together faculty, staff, and students who are pioneering innovative research, delivering exceptional care, and preparing the next generation of mental health professionals. Our work is deeply grounded in the University’s mission to be a force for good—with a particular focus on expanding access to evidence-based, high-quality mental health services for underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, visitors, and community partners with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone and email inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Overseeing scheduling, mail distribution, and record keeping
- Cooking facility maintenance, safety protocols, and building access
- Managing office supplies and coordinating building maintenance
- Aiding with special projects and events that bring together faculty, students, and the community

- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency

Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of related experience
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, Strong capacity to manage multiple tasks and inquiries, even with frequent interruptions, Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, reprioritize responsibilities, and learn quickly, Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and participant records, Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate new platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various web browsers
