Administrative Coordinator II - Inpatient Case Management CH
About the role
Inpatient Case Management provides psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and referrals for adults, and/or families with psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and medical illness. Casework or therapy takes place in the hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating meetings and managing phone calls.
- Responding to staff inquiries.
- Managing office supplies and faxes.
- Making insurance authorizations.
Requirements
- Education: High School/GED required. Associate's Degree preferred
- Work experience: 3 years in an office/administrative role; healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with computer applications such as advanced word processing, spreadsheets, databases, flowcharts and graphics preferred (Microsoft Office and Google apps).
Qualifications
CHA requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19. Individuals may request exemption from the vaccine requirement for medical or religious reasons.
