Responsibilities
- Track new hire pipeline from offer to first day and maintain record-keeping for Engagement department.
- Manage the new hire welcome gift process.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure new hires are set up for success (e.g., technology, platform access, software permissions, PPE, training).
- Coordinate and schedule post-orientation onboarding activities.
- Set new hire desks with office supplies.
- Support Engagement Specialist in welcoming new hires during their first week.
- Track and manage new hire swag.
- Partner with InPwr Travel & Events team to ensure orientation logistics are completed in a timely way (e.g., flight, hotel, car rental, meals, etc.).
- Reserve meeting rooms, send meeting invitations to guests, serve as liaison to orientation speakers during the event, prepare orientation materials (name tags, welcome materials, facilitator supplies), and assist Engagement Specialist with updating orientation materials.
- Manage employee recognition programs (e.g., Champion of the Month, work anniversaries, etc.).
- Coordinate small- to mid-size engagement events for InPwr team members and the community.
- Collaborate with Engagement Specialist to create and evaluate metrics of event success.
- Support InPwr team members through life-event gifting and communicate with relevant departments.
- Support miscellaneous needs of the Engagement department.
