Administrative Coordinator
This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) case fees by validating case details, determining payment eligibility, and researching missing fee invoices through direct outreach to arbiters and arbiter portals.
- Provide backup support for account receivable and accounts payable functions related to IDR payments and refunds.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload with short regulatory deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication within a remote regulatory operations team.
- Support other accounting/administrative functions as business needs require.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience in Claims and/or medical billing experience required
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Intermediate level Excel experience (pivot tables & vlookups)
- Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday
- Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm local time zone
- It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
Qualifications
- Basic accounting skills (e.g., accounts payable/receivable) preferred
Skills
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage a demanding workload and meet goals and objectives in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Telecommuting Requirements
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
Schedule
