We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations for a home health environment in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This is a contract position.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage schedules, handle incoming calls with care, and keep administrative activities running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and a service-focused approach to supporting staff, patients, and routine business functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to maintain efficient office operations within a home health setting.
- Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and adjust schedules to support changing operational needs.
- Answer inbound calls courteously, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Organize scheduling details for team members, visits, meetings, and related administrative events.
- Prepare, update, and maintain office records, correspondence, and other essential documentation.
- Support internal workflow processes by tracking tasks, following up on outstanding items, and helping ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with staff, clients, and external contacts to facilitate smooth coordination across administrative functions.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support or office coordination roles.
- Background working in home health, healthcare, or a similar service-based environment.
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in calendar management, appointment coordination, and scheduling tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using standard office software and administrative systems.
