Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage schedules for meetings, trainings, and program logistics across departments
- Maintain and update electronic records and documentation systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and reconcile invoices, reimbursements, and budget-related documentation
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and meeting preparation
- Facilitate communication between teams
- Affirm compliance with documentation standards and reporting timelines
- Assist with onboarding and training of administrative staff
