Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment
- Making outbound calls related to client service and sales
- Efficiently scheduling Arborist Representatives to meet with clients on property
- Purchasing and receiving
- New hire orientation and on-boarding
- Planning community events
- Social media and marketing
- Equipment documentation management
- Working directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness and build a satisfied customer base
- Supporting office and production team members and all company policies
- Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collecting of aged accounts
Requirements
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to muliti-task is paramount
- Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced office
- Works well independently and takes initiative
- Excellent time management
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Oracle, & CRM
- Able to learn and work within various operating systems
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills
