Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment
  • Making outbound calls related to client service and sales
  • Efficiently scheduling Arborist Representatives to meet with clients on property
  • Purchasing and receiving
  • New hire orientation and on-boarding
  • Planning community events
  • Social media and marketing
  • Equipment documentation management
  • Working directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness and build a satisfied customer base
  • Supporting office and production team members and all company policies
  • Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collecting of aged accounts

Requirements

  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to muliti-task is paramount
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced office
  • Works well independently and takes initiative
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Oracle, & CRM
  • Able to learn and work within various operating systems
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills
