About the Role
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative, operational, and facility support. This role serves as a central point of coordination for office services, supplies, vendors, meetings, and internal communications while fostering a professional, organized, and welcoming work environment. The Office Coordinator supports office efficiency, employee productivity, and workplace engagement through effective coordination of resources, events, and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office operations and enhance team productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, visitors, vendors, and service providers, fostering a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
- Coordinate office services, facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to maintain a safe, organized, and functional office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, common areas, and conference rooms, ensuring resources are stocked, maintained, and readily available.
- Organize and support company meetings, office events, employee engagement activities, and meeting logistics, including scheduling, catering, and setup.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and office-related expenditures while assisting with budget tracking and maintaining vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Maintain office records, communications, workplace postings, shipping and mail services, safety documentation, and support office improvement and space-planning initiatives.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. This is a fully onsite position.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
