Administrative Coordinator - Abate Right
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain job information within company software
- Organize and manage job files and documentation
- Aid in customer intake and scheduling with Estimator
- Cook up and coordinate job scheduling
- Prepare and file DEQ paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs
- Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation
- Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
