About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Arborists and clients, facilitating sales, increasing brand awareness, and building a satisfied customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness and build a satisfied customer base.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment while making outbound calls related to customer service and sales.
  • Perform customer service/administrative tasks while supporting office and production team members and all company policies.
  • Works well independently and takes initiative.
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently is paramount.
  • Treats all team members with equality and respect.
  • All duties to be performed in the local office during business hours.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
  • Works well independently and takes initiative.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of administrative or customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with a variety of proprietary operating systems is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced office environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is also required.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn and work within various proprietary operating systems, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and detail-oriented data entry skills are highly valued.
