Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to assigned customer accounts.
- Identify and verify key project contacts and stakeholder information.
- Accurately document outreach results and update contact records.
- Partner with internal teams to support project follow-up and next steps.
- Update project trackers and CRM systems, including Smartsheet and Salesforce.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and standardized customer communications as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, customer outreach, project coordination, or operations support.
- Professional phone presence and strong written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or Smartsheet is a plus.
Pay
$22- $24/hour, depending on experience.
