About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Coordinator for Client Account Services. This role is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the department.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, routing appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain client files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage conference calls.
- Assist with financial reporting and data entry tasks.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
