Responsibilities
- Complete Supplier Onboarding data entry, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and company procedures
- Maintain Supplier profiles in the ERP Oracle Purchasing system, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and company procedures
- Track security forms, including Form DD254s, for contract compliance
- Support the Business Systems Group system changes through testing prior to implementation and ticket troubleshooting
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- 2-5 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with data input
