Part-time position combined with Sr. Admin Clerk for a total of 7 hours/day (3.5 hrs/day for this role). 184 work days, 6 paid holidays.
Pay
Base salary: $16.83/hour. Performance pay available annually. New-hire experience credit: 1% for two or more years of full-time like experience (up to 5%). New-hire education credit: 1% of hourly rate for a college degree in a similar field (combined credits not to exceed 5%).

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of clerical work, including typing, filing, coding, and preparing reports
- Maintain records and files
- Input information into computer systems
- Respond to inquiries by telephone or in person
- Assist staff when other team members are absent
- Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
- Ensure student well-being and safety while in your care
- Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer skills and applications relevant to the position
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google, or similar software; ability to learn new or updated software
- Knowledge of and adherence to district policies and procedures

Physical Requirements
- Frequent physical activities including stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, and sitting
