Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Create and process customer orders in SAP for quoted jobs and installations with unique job requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve accounts receivable issues.
- Review, analyze, and cleanse operational data to improve accuracy.
- Resolve customer purchase order compliance issues.
- Perform non-routine administrative tasks related to customer inquiries and issue resolution.
- Resolve order processing issues from third-party customer order systems.
- Support multiple business units while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with demonstrated capability in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently research, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating across departments.
- Understanding of general business operations and administrative processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Experience with ERP systems (required).
- Ability to quickly learn new business applications and software.
- Experience with Field Service or CRM platforms such as Microsoft Field Service or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus.

Pay
$25.00 per hour
